Cancellation policy - if you need to cancel prior to your reservation, there are no refunds. However, you are welcome to select a future open date for your stay.
Damage protection - in lieu of a damage/security deposit, a small non-refundable fee will be charged which provides insurance coverage toward unintentional rental property damage. Insurance provided by Safely.
